Inforum keynote session highlights innovations for customers to connect their solutions to the future of improved business performance.

Las Vegas (Inforum 2008) October 15, 2008 – Infor Chairman and CEO Jim Schaper officially opened Inforum 2008 with a speech entitled “Connecting to the Future.” His remarks featured the launch and formal introduction of Infor MyDay, a contextualized role based home page. Infor MyDay sits on top of Infor Decisions and employs the Infor Open SOA platform and selected performance management components. Together, this creates an actionable, single sign-on view of key performance indicators and tasks for an individual’s role.  

Following Jim’s remarks, Bruce Gordon, CTO, and Jeff Ralyea, Vice President of Product Management, elaborated on how Infor MyDay delivers on the Infor promise to enrich, extend and evolve a customer’s business using Infor solutions. In this first limited availability release, Infor has ready 16 roles across four ERP products: Infor ERP Adage, Infor ERP SyteLine, Infor ERP Visual and Infor ERP LN. Customers can look forward to additions to this initial release throughout 2009 and beyond.
